To be completed before going live. Prior notification to the CNDP is a legal obligation in Morocco, and the transfer of data to the United States is subject to its authorisation.

Data controller

PISCINE LAGON MAROC SARLAU, a single-member private limited liability company under Moroccan law, whose registered office is at Av. The processing is governed by Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The person responsible for publication is Jamel M’Henna. CNDP declaration: to be confirmed — procedure to be started with the CNDP.

Data collected and purpose

The quote request form collects your name, your phone number, and optionally your town, your email address and a description of your project.

Only the name and the phone number are required: they are enough for us to call you back. The town, the email address and the project description are optional — filling them in saves us time, leaving them out does not block your request.

They are used only to get back to you and to prepare your quote. They are not used for any other purpose, and are not subject to any automated decision-making.

Retention period

  • Request with no follow-up or unsigned quote: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Project completed: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the duration of the legal warranties and of the accounting and tax obligations.

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to the company and to its technical providers:

  • Formspree, Inc. — receives the data entered in the quote request form and forwards it to us by email, so that Piscine Lagon Maroc can process the request.
  • Google — hosts the Gmail inbox in which we receive these requests.
  • site hosting provider — hosts the site.

Transfers outside Morocco

The data entered in the quote request form is transmitted via Formspree so that Piscine Lagon Maroc can process the request. The hosting location of that provider, and that of the inbox, are the ones set out in those account settings: they must be checked and stated here before going live. Law 09-08 makes any transfer of data outside Morocco subject to prior authorisation from the CNDP: reference of the authorisation, or a statement that the procedure is under way.

Writing to our email address does not avoid this transfer: that inbox is hosted by Google, in the United States. The phone is the only route that goes through neither the form nor an American mail service: +212 7 11 16 41 06.

Cookies

This site places no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

Fonts used on this website are served locally with the website. No connection to Google Fonts is made when you visit the website.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification and objection regarding the data concerning you. To exercise it, write to piscinelagonmaroc@gmail.com; proof of identity may be requested.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNDP — the national commission for the control of personal data protection.
